问：请问飞利浦用于射频卡电子锁方面的芯片有哪几款，有没有现成方案，请介绍一下！

问：您觉得做RF板时一般的板材选什么的比较好,介电常数为多少?
答： 这与你要做的产品应用有关。一般我们现在常用的是FR4的板材

问：Philips RF 小信号产品所用芯片和
Nordic nRF系列芯片在功耗、传输距离、传输速率
等方面有什么优势？
答： Can you please be more specific, on this,
I understand you want to use Nordic nRF chips together with philips discretes.

问：飞利浦半导体公司RF产品,应用较广，但RF产品的性能参数不易查询，如何完善网上查询。
答： most of product, you can get its spar and spice model from web site.
Please advise actual type which you cannot get its parameter, we"ll help you get it.

问：1、生产RF小信号产品的主流技术有哪些？低温共烧陶瓷技术是否是主流技术。
2、到微波波段其小型化是否是通过微带线实现的，还有其他技术吗？
3、主要的设计软件EDA有哪些？
答： 1. main stream has silicon, SiGe and GaAs.
低温共烧陶瓷技术 is only apply to certain app because of cost.

问：一点粗浅和不成熟的问题：
1.RF产品的发射天线设计及其要求；
2.内置天线的极化？
3.RF模块功率与覆盖面积（场强达100uv/m）的经验公式；
4.RF模块对被调制信号的要求 。

问：RF输出级如何和天线的阻抗匹配以达到最佳的发送?接收级呢?

and design a impedance transformer circuit which
matches the two.

问：无线系统中，镜频信号跟有用信号的功率之比有多大？怎样确定系统所需镜频抑制比的大小？
答： it"s depend on system and application. every has different requirement.

问：请问，在PCB上如何合理设计RF电路才能更理想？ 另外飞利浦关于RF的处理集成芯片都有那些？典型些的。谢谢
答： 地线要尽量短，电源的去耦合也很重要。我们公司有很多RF产品如用于低噪放大的mmic，BGA2001,BGA2003或BGU2003等

问：从手机应用来将,是否分立元件不如集成电路好?Philips能提供的用在手机中的RF分立器件主要有那些?功能是什么?
答： Handset needs ic solution because it has to keep it compact (small size).
RF device in handset are power module, PIN diode (as switch) and high freq transistor for oscillation (for certain platform)
