问:DC/DC转换器的短路保护有几种方式?效果如何?

答: There are too many short circuit protection methods to be listed out here.  Most typical ones are hicup or reduce frequency.

Hicup mode is to limit switching for a very short period, then wait for a long time before next switching period

问:可否制作一个电源输入为10V---14V,输出有5组,功率有25W
答: Use PWM controller and a MOSFET or power transistor for the design, of cause, you have to use transformer.
Another idear is in MC34167, which could connect to this structure with 5A power switch on the chip.

问:什么叫反激转换器?

答: Called Flyback converter in English, it mainly store energy into inductor ( primary winding of transformer) at first, and out energy to load at second( or sendary winding of transformer) and repeat again and again to transfer engergy

问:在DC/DC转换器上加装散热器有效果吗?

答: Yes, if possible.  That would makes more power to be transfered  and more save to you system.

答: Different with the chip you used, from datasheet , you could get more detail on selection.

答: You may use NCP1200, that"s a simplest way without auxilary winding on transformer.

答: Typical off state current of NCP1400A/NCP1402 is 0.6uA.
Typical operating current of NCP1400A/NCP1402 is 20~70uA.

问:所获得的电压可以任意转换吗?耗电量和发热量如何?
答: Do you mean you could adjust feedback resistors to get different output voltage?

问:外部调整电路中的 C1,R1,C2 数值如何选取?

答: We cannot know which IC you mentioned, Suggest to get the datasheet, it has detail inside.

问:DC/DC转换器单块的供电功率有多大?如何扩大其容量?

答: It relay on you input voltage, DC/DC topology...
Higher input voltage will gives smaller input current, that would be improve heating created and makes power larger.
